You can cancel your order by clicking "View My Order" on the order confirmation email and then clicking the "Cancel" button, or via the Shop app. The cancellation initiates an automatic refund that takes approximately 3 to 9 business days to process.

If you can't cancel it, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form to check if your order is eligible for cancellation.

NOTE: Cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been prepared for shipment.
