Refunds are only issued for accepted claims of damaged/incorrect/missing/wrong items. Claim approval is subject to review; not all claims will be accepted.

Please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form to check if your order is eligible for a refund.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Event items (Video calls, Fansigns, etc.)
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Signed albums (unless damaged, missing, or incorrect: subject to review)

NOTE: Products with special experiences like Fansigns, Video Call Events, Showcases, and Livestreams have a strict no refund/cancellation policy.

Cancellations cannot be undone.
